Box Customer Success
A Box customer 2015-2018 in the non profit sector, I became field customer success manager for federal customers at Box in March 2018. Assess, design and deliver engaging post-sales enablement for Box customers, onboarding content management use cases and driving transformation through adoption and retention motions. Work closely with product managers, leadership, and education to assess results and identify opportunities to retain and grow approximately 30 enterprise customer accounts.

Prior to Box, I worked closely with C-suite staff driving workforce adoption of new technologies and helping adults adapt to a progressively digital workplace. I am an excellent instructor, trusted coach and seasoned project manager. I design bespoke learning experiences and programs to achieve high levels of adoption in non-profit, higher ed, and government organizations transitioning to Box, Salesforce, Smartsheet and O365 based on critical business objectives.
