I have managed teams in the past in the workplace and even when I've been an individual contributor I've sought different opportunities to mentor others. Today's world moves so fast that often times we miss the subtle "why" queues that help 10x our experiences. I've worked in SaaS for 6 years and have previous experience as a business owner. The SaaS companies I've worked at have ranged to startups to multi-billion dollar companies. My business was focused on online media.
